The company

As one of the leading manufacturers of laser diode controllers, laser drivers, TEC drivers and laser chillers, Laser Electronics has become the epitome of this technology. Our products are used worldwide in production processes for material processing, in medical lasers, by laser diode manufacturers and in research and development departments, proving their performance and reliability in a wide variety of applications.

Laser Electronics started in 2003 as one of the pioneers in the field of laser diode controllers for applications at laser diode manufacturers. Within a very short time, the company was able to establish itself as one of the technology leaders on the market and further expand this position.

Over the past 5 years, the Laser Electronics team has focused intensively on the product development of blue diode laser systems around 450nm wavelength. The resulting BlueLas product series with 20-50 watts of optical output power has been manufactured in Berlin-Adlershof since 2022 and can be used successfully in particular in the field of material processing of non-ferrous metals such as copper, precious metals such as gold and organic materials, as well as in innovative laser applications for use in the field of “smart farming” in the future.

Laser Electronics Research Network

For Laser Electronics as a globally active high-tech company, innovative research and development work forms the basis for economic success. This is why Laser Electronics is actively involved in research networks with its partners. This work is supported by the European Union, the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Berlin.

QuantumCascade “Development and construction of a thin-glass-based integration bench for MIR quantum cascade lasers for pulsed spectroscopic applications in the mid-infrared”

The Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration (IZM) and Laser Electronics are developing an easily integrated multispectral MIR light source in a research project. The aim is to achieve a new level of miniaturization of all optical and electronic components by means of miniaturized, integrable optical subsystems in glass benches.

This project was co-financed by the State of Berlin and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Corporate philosophy

The success of Laser Electronics is based on the high level of expertise of its employees. Specialists and all-rounders from a wide range of disciplines work together to develop innovative and technologically advanced products.

Laser Electronics focuses on the creative and consistent implementation of new ideas in industrial innovations. This ensures the manufacture of products of the highest quality. Today, customized system solutions are developed that work economically and reliably even under difficult production conditions.
