This work is supported by the European Union, the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Berlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>QuantumCascade \u201cDevelopment and construction of a thin-glass-based integration bench for MIR quantum cascade lasers for pulsed spectroscopic applications in the mid-infrared\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laser Electronics and the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration (IZM) are developing an easily integrated multispectral MIR light source in a research project.
